What type of issue do you have? Network/Connection
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug I logged out of main account to log into alt account. After selecting my account it tells me there is a connection lost due to another device logging in or not logging in during the past 24 hours. Both of which are not accurate.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

Hi @gramsn1402 and thank you for the report.
Restarting your device should fix that issue and let you back into the game. We've checked the logs available to us but were unable to identify anything unusual there.

- 6 years ago@EA_HighCommand Same problem as alot of others here, but I think it happend on my android after an update, cant recall what it was but it was something with games in it could perhaps be play game or what it is called in english 🙂

@EA_HighCommand Restarting did not fix the issue. I also tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. That didn't work either
