I won a match in Grand Arena yesterday evening, but I did not receive any victory rewards either at midnight or afterward. In addition, the green indicator that should confirm my win has not appeared in GAC.
I would like this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.

Chat is a generic EA Help desk, based in a country where labor costs are cheap and motivation is poor. Most know and care little of the game and have a limited amount of things they can actually do.
