Leviathan 1250 crystal pack is not appearing in Store!

Unfortunately, it's the same for me. 

Started the event and unlocked Levi, then I made all 999 crystal refreshes. No packs available.

I have the same problem. Really hope they fix it soon, or at least make it available in the next few days as a compensation.

Not sure why you can't find the pack. Have you tried to use the find flow?

I am having the same issue. Unlocked the leviathan earlier today, but the packs never appeared. I figured the would appear once I completed the sims, but still nothing

I have tried all possible ways to find the pack. It's not in the store and I can't find it via the Leviathan Shard search or the event either.

I just unlocked the Leviathan today. My guild mates can also see the pack. But they have already unlocked the Leviathan on a different date.

I assume you rebooted the game after unlocking the ship as well? Sometimes the store needs to refresh

I have restarted the game several times. After the unlock.

Yes, I have closed the app and it still wasn’t there. I unlocked the ship after the most recent store refresh. I will check again in a few hours when the store refreshes again.
