Locked out of Executrix but I still have 10 bp to go

So the new daily capital ship refreshed for me today but the Executrix locked me out saying I have a 7 star already. I do not. I am still 10 blueprints shy of the unlock. Can someone at Capital games help me with this bug? I’m talking to EA help but they’re not quite understanding my problem.
