New player experience quests\rewards issue

Hi,

I never received the new player level 85 character and ship shards. Am I going to still receive these??

The new and exciting New Player rewards only appeared partially and now they are completely gone outside of some Grand Arena quests, even with the account being a few months old and not being level 85 before the announcement. I got exactly one ship quest, all the other are gone even the challenge quests that ignored the previous levels with only the last tier challenges quest appearing.

Another account that I've been using since 2017 did get every single quest and many I can't even complete anymore.

I have 2 accounts and they both got some rewards but not all of them. They both qualify for newbie rewards as they were under level 85 before the newbie update went live.

Summarize your bug I was 84 when the new player rewards came out. I completed one quest, for I believe Sabine shards, and hit 85. I got 0 other new quests and when the rewards wave went out for people with the missing quests, I did not receive any

I did not get mine either and I am trying to get them to send the rewards to me 

I did not receive all of the new player rewards on my account after the update.

Summarize your bug I was under level 80 when the new player experience came out and we were promised that we would get the quests rewards. I received a few quests but missed out on most of them and am missing hundreds of character shards that others got. I also saw others receiving rewards in the mail to make up for what they missed but I have not received that either.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my account. I have farmed some of the characters but others are either still locked or at a lower star level than the rewards would give me even though I have been farming them.

I am now far behind others that started after me because they received the rewards and I did not, even though I qualified for them according to the announcement EA sent out.
