Not Received Lightspeed Bundle - Sith Eternal Emperor 2 Lightspeed Bundle

I posted this 5 days ago without any response - I have been charged but have not received my bundle - Here was the previous post:

I just bought the Sith Eternal Emperor 2 LSB on the SWGOH Web Store. However, whenever I attempted to claim the bundle on the PC client the purchase failed and I didn't receive my purchase nor a refund. I have the confirmation email with the order number: Order Date was 12/25/24
