PC Client: Infinite loading screen

I wanted to make a new account, when i did everything worked fine, played the very first part of the introduction,  then right before they ask my birth date the game got stuck on infinite loading. I reinstalled the game, but there is still inf loading screen. I can only hear the menu music and nothing else. I made another account. Same thing happened.
