Please give us back our 80 Slave I Shards!!!

Please hear our plea! I was also hit with this "bug". Not only did i miss out on the 80 slave 1 shards, I also missed out on the 80 Bossk shards (30 + 50), stagnating my progress even further. I hit lvl 85 like a week ago. Some people didn't get hit with this "bug" and are now showing off their slave 1's and hounds tooth's in fleet arena while others who where hit can just waste more resources to get the same things. I hope this issue gets put on a prio list to fix. Please atleast gives us a human response and not this AI bot in-game "support" 🥲
