Problem with Lord Vader LSB

I bought the Lord Vader LSB from the in-game store on PC (used Alipay). The payment went through and I was charged, but I didn’t receive the bundle.

No characters, no credits, — just a bunch of Crystals. I didn’t buy Crystals. I paid for the Lord Vader LSB.

Please fix this and send me the bundle I paid for.
