Problem with Renewal quest

Every player has same issue with Renewal Quest. Everyone can't claim reward for Collect Monthly reward once . Can we know what should we do  or someone manually will just proceed our quests?  This bug/problem is  from 2 weeks and everyone in support is saying that case is under investigation and noone  helped us since it. Its irritating when u have rewards to claim and u can't do that because of quest is bugged for such a long time ... Especially noone wants to guaranteed us that we will have those rewards after time will end and bug wont be fixed
