EA_Mako Why is this marked "solved"? I've been charged for a pack and still do not have the items. It's been over 24 hrs and none of the steps you listed above solved the issue

In some cases it can take up to 24 hours for content to be delivered. If it's passed that point and you're still not seeing it, try using the option to restore your purchases in-game.
