Purchased Princess LSB and didn’t receive it.

I bought the Princess light speed bundle and didn’t get it. Talked to EA help multiple times, they said I have received it, and I sent picture and video evidence that I did NOT receive it but it is no longer in the store so I did buy it. And it’s been days and haven’t heard back. Just send me the bundle again. I have sent proof I purchased it just send the product to me again so it can go through. Now I’m waiting on a “Team review”.  I don’t gain anything from receiving it multiple times so just send it so I can finally get the product I paid for.
