Re: SWGoH linked to EA but unable to access webstore or PC client

@asunbrntpenguin You're using a different email for you're webstore and PC access. Reach out to EA Help and ask them for the information.

    I was able to get confirmation of the email used for the PC client. I'm waiting on a response for the in-game ticket I was directed to open to confirm the email on the webstore.

    @asunbrntpenguinIf you are logged in to the PC EA App, does the top righr Corner where your Account name is displayed say "asunbrntpenguin1" ? Because thats the Account linked to your swgoh Account.

    The account you are using here is not the same.

    No, it says asunbrntpenguin. I'm not sure how I ended up with two accounts. Is it possible to merge them?

    Will unlinking and linking the correct email reset my SWGoH account progress? Like is it linked to the incorrect email that’s currently linked?

    @asunbrntpenguin That should not be the case. You are not linking. You are Disconnecting/Reconnecting.(Button on top left) That should not remove your games Progress.

    DO NOT USE the button on the right. Thats wrong for this case

    Thank you both for your help in identifying that the email I thought was linked to my account was not the correct one as well as the steps on how to update it. I was able to update it and can now access the webstore and PC client. I'm still not sure how the incorrect email got linked but it is fixed now!
