Recycle LB bundles instead of making more. (Comment for petition)

     Y’all, can we get a petition that we not make more lightspeed bundles, but maybe just recycle old ones. It’s not like CG would lose money from doing so either, and they’ll forsure ruin the game if they release more meta fleets like the negotiator. Comment, DO IT…
