Savage Opress overpower ability not working as intended on Nihilus.

Summarize your bug Savage Opress's "Overpower" ability is supposed to do 99999 damage to a target when less than half health. This does not occur when used on a Nihilus after he has gained max health through annihilate once under 50% health threshold.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a test match with a Nihilus on the opposing team and allow it to annihilate a character. Then get said Nihilus just below 50% health ( yellow bar range ). Once this is done, have Savage Opress use Overpower on the Nihilus. It is important to not get the Nihilus below 50% of his original max health when testing to confirm the legitimacy of the bug, just 50% of the new max health.

I was in a Grand Arena match using a Traya lead that included Nihilus against another Traya lead that included Nihilus. My Nihilus was annihilated, thereby increasing the opposing Nihilus by my Nihilus's max health. Later on in the battle I got the opposing Nihilus under 50% health (indicated by the yellow bar). I used Savage's overpower but instead of doing 99999 damage it did somewhere around 7000. I believe this happened because Savage's "Overpower" ability seems to be based on the opposing characters starting max health instead of inflated current max health from abilities.
