Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes underage account bug, no ea connect

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Apple iPhone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Apple Iphone
OS Version 15.6

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I used the in-game help option and they told me to post here. They also told me my account is seen as underage even though I am 20 years old and if I posted here they would help get it fixed. Because my account is seen as underage I cannot use the EA Connect to get my daily rewards from the website. Help would be greatly appreciated so I can keep playing this game without errors.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just contact me I guess

    You must be 18 years old in order to see/access EA Connect button, regardless of geo-location. Unfortunately, your account is under 18 years old. If you want to update your DOB you will need to contact EA Help and ask for an update.

    Can you tell me how to contact EA help exactly? If its through the game they told me to post here. If you have a link or something I would appreciate it

    Thanks, I have done that to begin with and they told me to post here though. I guess I will do it again. Also I should ask you, is it safe to share my citizen card or drivers license with the support team? Any guarantees they won't be miss used?

    @KenwayLad Just ask them to update your date of birth on your swgoh account. They will tell you what details they'll need as proof. EA Help has a process for DOB requests.

    I need help with this too!

    I contacted help, it told me I needed to submit image of DL, but there’s no way to do that through the help screen.

    Also, I can’t seem to create a new post. When I try, the “Submit” button doesn’t do anything—which is why I replied to these old threads.

    You must be 18 years old in order to see/access EA Connect button, regardless of geo-location. You are under 18 according to your account information. If the date of birth on your account is incorrect, please reach out to EA Help.
