still no compensation for era mats
spent about £150 on era mats when they were bugged and still haven't received any crystal compensation after they gave it to everyone for free. Has anyone else received theirs?

No. Also bought era material bundle VIII before they dumped mats out for free. Apparently they're only compensating those who bought packs after they gave out era mats but before they shut the store off, which is not how it read in their communications.
