Hey there. We're still working to get this resolved. Have you tried the workaround here?

Hi. So I tried again, but I first:

Uninstalled the game

Reseted my phone

Downloaded the game

Did the work-around (guest log in, connect & import account) 

It works now.  This has been highly frustrating. Especially because I'm not able to complete the conquest anymore. :/
