Transaction error

Hello did anybody had the same problem as me when u bought a character pack in store. Payment went through,money taken down from your bank account. Then logged into game, recived mail about transaction error and then got crystals insted of the character. 
if so does anybody know how to deal with this? I would love to have my character shards.
