I tried to grab an Anniversary crystal pack this morning, the site froze for a minute and then gave me an error. I bought it again, and it worked. I looked online, and was charged twice. Please refund the first charge since I received nothing.

Bought the skywalker general bundle, got charged and payment was taken when I opened it it crashed and I was given 8000 gems instead as an error. I don’t want the gems I want my skywalker bundle or a refund
Action is now being taken against my account by EA, for doing something that EA Help told me to do. This is absurd.
If I can get a resolution here, I'll go ahead and cancel the dispute.

I was charged three times. The two you listed, and once at 11 /25/2024, 3:01:00pm GMT and received nothing. I have disputed that charge, thinking I didn't get a reply.
I've submitted the charge dispute to try to resolve the issue, as EA Help suggested.
