Weekly shipments won’t let me get the stun gun salvages

I tried to purchase stun gun salvages from weekly shipments but there was a connection issue. When I logged back in it said that I had purchased them but I had the same amount of stun guns and ally points as before! 

Anyways I feel I should get compensation of free stun gun salvages. Or if there’s a way to reset the weekly shipments that works too.

    Hey @BrownsFan039

    There is an option to restore purchases from your SWGOH account that might get them to show up. Could you give these steps a try and let me know if it fixes the issue for you?

    1. Tap on the cog icon (Settings) on the Cantina screen.
    2. Tap on Restore Purchases (This will make the game check for and resync any recent purchases.)
    3. Check mail as you’ll get a notification through in-game mail if your purchase is successfully restored. 

    If restoring purchases doesn't help please get in touch with the EA Help team. This link will redirect you to the contact us page: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/. In order for the agents to locate your account they will need your Ally code so it'd be best to have that handy as well as any additional information about the purchase. To grab your Ally code, Tap on Allies, and you’ll see your Ally code at the top of the screen. 

  • Didn’t work (I think because I used ally points rather than 💵) but thanks for the solution I will use the link you sent me

    Hi @BrownsFan039, Ah sorry to her that, I think you're right there. Yeah, the next step would be to hit up the EA Help team and they'll check the logs for you.

    On that note actually, the link I've shared above is how most games would reach out to the support team but I spaced on the fact that SWGOH have an in-game option to send in a Help ticket directly from their SWGOH account. That might be better here as it'll link support directly to your account.
