TS1LC Bug: Can't run in background during windowed mode

Usually in windowed mode, you can ALT-Tab to bring up another window. However, the Sims 1, even with the "-w" command line option, will minimize and the audio will shut off when you try to switch app...

Yeah, it would be nice if it was fixed so that the audio and gameplay keeps running if you have “Sim in Background” enabled.
