I also can't apply for scholarships. I could with a previous teenager in the same house using the same computer. When I try with the new one, the game freezes for a moment and then the teen disappears from the desk chair and reappears standing next to the desk with the computer. They have many maxed skills so should have scholarships available. I verified that it didn't work behind the scenes because I was able to check their accepted scholarship list and it said they had none.
Yes mine is exactly the same as that but also I'm missing memories I.e getting on deans list etc. Fingers crossed it'll get fixed soon 😊
