Sims 2 Legacy - sims gets stuck/freeze after interactions

I bought Sims 2 Legacy 29.99€ and my sim is getting stuck after many different interaction.

Updates are not working... How is it possible to sell a game with so many bugs like this...

I'd love to have my money back if I cant play the game without my sim getting stucked, freeze, etc...

Or atleast fix the problems please.
