Sims 2 Legacy not working! Game won’t load

Hello guys I recently bought the sims two legacy the day after it came out and I’ve been facing a major problem! First off all and rn the only problem I have faced; I can’t open the game. I’ve tried different compatibility programs and stuff so I tried the Windows XP (Service Pack 3) and Windows 11 as that is the current system my computer is on. As soon as I try to open the sims 2 legacy after loading for a good second, I get the message: “Some  needed files were corrupted during the installation. Please reinstall this application.” I’ve tried reinstalling the game and deleting it and reinstalling the game and so on. I’ve also tried wiping all data again through removing installed things manually through my files after deleting through the windows settings as the Ea App wouldn’t let me delete it. As said I also tried to run it through the windows XP (Service pack 3). When I open it it loads for a bit longer and then I get a message in German through the ea app as that is my first language. It reads “Game couldn’t load. Due to an error on our part, the start failed. Please try again later” Does anyone have any idea how to fix it? Sims 1 and 4 run completely fine! If there is any idea on how to fix please help me! I’ll link the original error messages under this post. I also sent a message to ea support but they do take a while to respond and as far as I’m aware I can’t refund it anymore if they don’t do an exception! I’m very thankful for everyone that responds even if they don’t necessarily fix the problem!

I’ve also seen people on Reddit having the same problem but as far as I’m aware they either had no solution or they refunded the game and downloaded it on steam which I think I am not able to anymore so yeah idk!
