Sims 2 Legacy will not launch…no error code.
My Sims 2 Legacy will not launch. Once you start the game, the icon will show up on the task bar, but it freezes my whole pc and I have to force restart. Is anyone having this issue?

Having the same issue. My computer says it’s running, but nothing happens. Everything freezes and I’m unable to click on anything. There’s no error messages or popups. A reset of my computer is the only way to get out.
I found out through another forum topic on here that it’s an issue with opening the game in full screen. If you open the EA App, go to the game card and select the 3 little dots in the upper right corner, open properties, and in the advanced prompt box type: -w, it will open the game in windowed mode and fixes that issue.
