the application keeps crashing.

i have bought the sims 2 legacy but before and even now after the update for it, i just can't get past loading into a world. it crashes no matter what.

i wanted to see if the update they put out would fix it but no luck, i don't know if i should just get a refund or something. i don't know what else to try

please please any suggestions are appreciated
