Custom Building Letters Tutorial,For Community/Residential.Easy Step By Step Tutorial

Are you tired of putting your creations on the exchange only to have to photoshop some letters on it to say its the "FOX DEN" club or whatever it may be??.Want to have any type style and color letters...

I HATE to do this in some aspect because I hate it when people bump threads that are old, but I want to be able to find this later (I know....selfish). I did not know you could this! :)
