UltimateMara I would definitely try an MC town reset, followed by quitting/deleting the cache files/reloading before you test. And hopefully ErrorTrap and Overwatch are also present.
Another thing you could try is placing a build on this lot. I'm not sure whether the game would crash, but if it doesn't, you could delete the build afterwards. You might need to do this for the surrounding houses too, depending on where the problem is.
