Raven_1810_BB If you've installed only via disc, without involving the EA App at all, please manually patch the game to 1.67, the latest patch available for disc installs. The launcher doesn't reliably patch the game, so you'll need to use the Super Patch:

If your browser flags the download, use a different one. The issue is the address starts with http rather than https, but you can see from the URL that it points directly to EA servers.
If you're forced to use the EA App, do NOT run the Super Patch. Instead, do a manual uninstall of the game, as described here:

And reinstall using the EA App rather than your discs.
If running the Super Patch doesn't help with a disc-only install, please do a clean uninstall, as above, and reinstall only the base game, then run the Super Patch again and see whether the game works.
