I can't register my game to the website

Question

Okay so I just bought the game on Steam yesterday, I tried to put in the serial code in the "register game" part in the website, but I got the "The serial code you entered is invalid" message, so I tried just typing it in, but when I did I got a popup that said "TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'map')" so I tried looking it up to see what it was, but I couldn't find any clear answers. I tried reloading the page and typing it back in but when I did it said "The serial code you entered is invalid" again. It still says my game isn't registered and I don't know what to do.&nbsp;

Legend_ofgears EmmaJane100&nbsp; You'll need to contact EA customer support.&nbsp; I would strongly suggest using the live chat option rather than email. &nbsp;If you don't see it, try this link:

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
Alternately, try using the help site without being signed in. &nbsp;Some categories of issue allow you to proceed without an active login, and many of those offer the live chat option.
