Hello EA and other members in this forum, i need your help, I want to activate 64 bit entitlements for my sims 3, because i can't download the game on my macbook, EA live chat is unavailable and i have no solution for this, can anyone help? Thanks before it means a lot to me 🤕

If you're still having trouble finding the live chat option, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
Alternately, try using the help site without being signed in. Some categories of issue allow you to proceed without an active login, and many of those offer the live chat option.
