Issue with my EA account and missing Sims 3 Game
Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with my EA account and my Sims 3 game. Here’s the situation:
• I originally registered my Sims 3 game with a CD key on my EA account. The email I used back then is the same as my current EA account.
• Recently, I linked my Steam account to EA because I purchased Sims 4 on Steam.
• However, when I log into my EA account now, I can only see Sims 4, and Sims 3 is missing.
• I contacted EA Support and provided my Sims 3 serial number. They told me that my game is linked to another account and that I need to remember my old EA ID.
• However, my current EA account is the only one I have ever used, and it is already linked to the same email address I used when I first registered Sims 3.
• Since my email has not changed, I don’t understand why my game is not showing up.
• I have tried logging in using my Steam credentials and checking my linked accounts, but Sims 3 still does not appear.
also the costumer service said “you have other accounts that linked” but i didnt have any.

That does sound like you have a separate EA account that your Sims 3 code was redeemed to- we wouldn't be able to help you verify which account your game is tied with here on the forums as we don't have access to your account information, but you can continue to work with live support on this to locate and re-gain access to that separate account.
