It has been a month. My supernatural DLC still won't appear. I am desperate.

I own every Sims 3 expansion pack, I have for years. I bought them through three different methods. Buying the physical copy at a store, I did this for Pets, Late Night,  the base game, 70s 80s & 90s stuff, and High End Loft stuff. Supernatural and University I ordered the physical copy of off of Amazon, and the rest I ordered straight from the EA app (at the time Origin) digitally. I have been playing this game since I was 8. My stuff is not showing up. It is not any issue that Revo can fix. I downloaded the Sims 3 on a different device that has never had it installed, the issue was still there.
