Launcher crashes when I open the downloads tab in Sims 3

Hello! So I've been facing the same issue, I tried moving the download files from documents to my desktop, that only helped with the downloads tab . When I click on the "Uploads" or "Installed Contents" tab the screen crashes again :/ If there's any way to fix this please let me know ! Any reply is greatly appreciated !!
