So I hadn't been on my compyter for week or something and once I check Origin there was some new features and stuff and I put in my game disc and when i checked my libary to play it nothing was there I couldn't regisrter the game again what do I do?

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

It was working fine for the first couple of weeks then the new features on Origin came up and then I couldn't find any of my games.
Then talk to customer support as suggested above.
