Missing Worlds from World Bundle - Order #1005460199628

I purchased 'The Sims 3 World Bundle' (order #1005460199628). It does not contain a product code, and it is not appearing as 'owned' in my game. Please check my account entitlements and manually grant me access to these worlds, as the automated system failed to do so.

    Select Sims 3, PC, "find missing content," make sure the site is set to English (since there are usually more contact options in English), and you should get the option to start a live chat.  Then you can explain your situation to a real person, and link the thread for context if it helps.  The thread has a number of posts from EA community managers telling people they'll need to get a refund.

    "Find missing content" worked for me when I tested a couple weeks ago, but I sometimes hear from others who don't see the live chat option.  If that happens to you, try using the site without signing in, and select the "can't login" option, which should always offer a live chat.

    Thank you for the clarification. However, I am in a difficult situation because I purchased the "Worlds Bundle" directly through the EA App, and I did not receive any activation codes.

    Since the content is not showing up in my "Purchase History" on The Sims 3 Store site, and the EA App does not allow me to install these worlds or access the codes, I am stuck.

    What should I do if the "Refund" option in the EA App is unavailable to me? Is there any way to manually link these worlds to my account, or do you have a direct contact link where I can resolve this with support, since the automated system isn't working for me?

  • KRELIMALWINKA​  Store worlds need to be registered on and downloaded from the Sims 3 Store site.  The EA App has no way of installing them.  Please see the first post of this master thread for more info:

    You may simply need to get a refund and purchase again, this time through the EA website, if you can't find your codes or they don't work.  The Worlds Bundle should come with three: one each for Hidden Springs and Monte Vista and one for the chocolate fountain.
