Redeemed code for dragon valley on the ea app instead of the sims 3 site
I typed in my code into the ea app instead of the sims 3 site now I can’t redeem it on the sims 3 site and I do not have the content for my game.

Bethanykwatkins Check the Sims 3 Store site for the world anyway. Sometimes redeeming the code in the App works even if it usually does not. Check both your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) and its product page:

If you can't download DV from either location, you'll need to get a refund from EA customer support. I would strongly recommend live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, try this topic, while signed in:

Alternately, you can use the site while signed out and keep trying categories until you find one that allows you to proceed without an active login. These generally offer live chat.
