Riverview & other downloadable content not installing

I have had The Sims 3 since it first came out and have had many Worlds and expansion packs etc. I downloaded the EA app to be able to play it on my Mac instead of Origin. All my downloadable/purchase...

kalieg2016 Try installing one of the worlds into a clean user folder. If it works, install the rest of your Store content, a little at a time, into that folder too, and move over your saves and other data. More details about the process are here:
