Sims 3 expansion packs missing from launcher
Hello. This is a last resort for me. I am extremely upset.
So I have all of the Sims 3 expansions packs, some stuff packs, and some worlds as well. I had made a second EA account on accident. When I got my two accounts merged, most of my expansion packs, and all of my stuff packs disappeared in the Sims 3 launcher, but they are showing they are downloaded on EA.
I have been in contact with people form EA help about this issue consistently for two weeks now. They said it is a "bug" and they said they were going to take my issue to their "game team" for further evaluation. That seemed like a joke, but I waited a week to hear back. Nothing. So I got back on live chat and no one is able/wants to fix my issue. They will get disconnected and someone else will come on, telling me the exact same thing from their script, but my issue never gets fixed. I am just getting told the same things over and over again.
I wouldn't be as upset if I hadn't spent over $150 on all of this content. I want to be able to use it as I please.
Additionally, the option to start a live chat with a representative has gone away on my account. Not sure what that's about. But now I cannot even speak to someone personally.
