I have tried everything to fix this issue but no matter what i do it just keeps asking me to sign in on the launcher repeated every time i try to download something.
I've tried clearing the browser data, Deleting and reinstalling the game, Repairing the game, Removing CC and mods, I cannot figure this out and its frustrating me so bad because i just bought new store content and it won't install.
w0ahitsliv Please try a new admin account on your computer. Don't link it to your Microsoft account or Apple ID, or to any email address; just see whether you can install Store content. You may need to repair the game (EA App > Sims 3 > Manage > Repair) first, especially on a Mac.
If this doesn't help, please let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS as well as what antivirus you use.
when i had issues with store content i ended up making a whole new sims 3 folder. move the old one to your desktop (or remove it completely if you already have a back-up for your saves and stuff) then delete the one from within documents - aka dont uninstall, DELETE. boot up the game again, close it, boot up once more and see if store content can be installed.
i also reset my password once when the launcher wouldnt let me log in for whatever reason, that has worked for me and one other.
