MysteryGamer2000 Try deleting SigsCache, in Documents > Electronic Arts > the Sims 3.
That said, part of the problem may be how many files you're trying to install at once. The launcher doesn't handle large amounts of data very well, as in, the content can break. And once it's broken, it's usually not possible to fix it other than by reinstalling that content.
So please install your Store content into a clean folder, as described here:

Start with Best Practices in that post, then proceed to the next post for instructions on installing into a new folder and transferring your data.
It should also be noted that for worlds in particular, and sometimes for other items, you'll need to wait for the downloaded items' thumbnails to change from boxes to the correct images before installing that content. Not waiting can corrupt the installed files.
Dustlex Neither repairing nor reinstalling the game will fix Store content that's already broken. It's stored in the user folder, which the EA App doesn't touch.
