I bought the sims 3 with humble bundle. I have a origin account and i try to enter thesims3.com for registration but thesims3 website give me "Oops! We are not able to process your request." this error. Please help me for login and registration i was try every way for registratation.

not only that, when I finally got back o that screen it gives me a "code invaild" error message and it flat out doesn't work

I figured out a solution that worked for me and maybe you guys can try if you haven't. What worked for me was going throught the sign up process in internet explorer and when the form asks if you want to use the same alias choose a new one instead of a pre-existing one. Hopefully that is able to help. Oh and I also did not enter my sims3 key until after the account was actually created not sure it that really matters though

Sign up for an Origin account directly, don't use the Sims 3 form - the Sims registration it doesn't tell you if there is a problem with your age (must be over 18) or your password (Must contain a mix of upper lower case and numerics).
Once you have a working Origin account, log into the Sims with that.
