Unable to download Sunlit Tides

@FakeCrazyAna  Try downloading ST from its product page rather than your purchase history.  If you get the same error, refresh the page and try again.  I see this error a lot, but I don't think I've had to refresh more than twice for any one item.

If that doesn't help, try using Firefox instead.

Guess i got it figured out, purchase history shows that I bought it but product page shows that I gotta buy it.

@FakeCrazyAna  Alright, so Sunlit Tides still won't download from your purchase history?  I just want to make sure before I flag yout thread.

Still unable to download the world.

On the site here, please select The Sims 3 as the product, then select PC-> Manage My Account-> Manage Payment Details and you should be seeing the current available contact options there. 

I've talked to the live support team twice, and they still haven't figured out what is happening. The last person I spoke to didn't even know about the store page and kept asking for the invoice number even after I explained to him that invoices don't get issued when products are bought with points. The thing is, I've been able to download the world in the past, but since the whole transition to the EA app, at first, I wasn't able to download any of my store products. They managed to fix the situation with the other products but the Sunlit Tides one.
