TheFrenchPlumbot It's not a question of how good the wifi reception is. Think of it like restarting your computer as a troubleshooting step—that means reinitializing a bunch of drivers and shutting down all running apps and the like. A router is much simpler than a full PC but can also benefit from a restart.
