I try to login with the Sims 3 Community but I only get as far as the terms and conditions. After I check the boxes and press continue it just refreshes that same screen. Any idea how to fix this?

Ever thought of MAYBE... just MAYYYBEEE it's being done with the in-game browser? It's really getting to me and I seriously wish I had a punching bag right now.

I had the same problem! I just registered on my phone after and it worked! Then you can log in afterwards 🙂

Try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser.

Just got the game for my daughter. Installed and tried to login and same nonsense. Seriously, what is wrong with this picture?

I had the same problem! I just registered on my phone after and it worked! Then you can log in afterwards 🙂

I AM IN APRIL 2016 AND AM STILL HAVING THIS PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!! IVE HAD THIS PROBLEM SINCE 2014 WHEN I GOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I copied the URL from IE to a Chrome page and then it worked.
