53e124d6e91f325f Sims 3 Store content can't be converted to .package files without some additional steps that can also break some content. So I'd suggest sticking with Sims3Packs, at least for Store items: official EA content, as opposed to third-party uploads on the Exchange. Are you working with Store stuff or Exchange stuff or both?
Please also remove or rename the Sims 3 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts, open the launcher to create a new folder, download one world and nothing else, install it, and see whether it loads. If it doesn't, let me know what world it is and what you see, for example the world isn't there at all or it is but you can't load a new save there.
