Comfortable container apartments for 4 single sims to start with their own life. Can turn it as a rental. The solo apartment's size is 4x9, bathroom and shower included with small wardrobe/dressing area - no holes in the wall, still one unit - you can place it anywhere as a starter, price is 16.124 Simoleons. Fully furnished and decorated interiors with nice quality objects. The 4-container apartment's outdoors left open for any skill or hobby items you wish. Just a little fun project.
