There is a tragic clown painting in Sims 4. It is $200. I think you can summon a tragic clown townie if you view it.
Yes, but in the Sims 1 the tragic clown appears uninvited, and will not go away until the sims destroys the painting, by burning or other methods. It is a bit more unhinged.
While that is true, SIms 1 wasn't as great as some of the OG players remember. I was in my early 20's when that iteration released, so I have been an adult for the entire lifetime of the series. I remember the quirky and annoying things that happened in the first game.
