Base Game Quality of Life Improvements

I want an option to go to the neighbourhood right away and not to a specific family. I preferred that from Sims 1 and 2. 

Also I would prefer an option for CAS sims to be generated without make up and accesoires. It's a pain to remove all that for each individual outfit, or they should allow not having anything there to also be copied across all outfits. 

Hiding CAS options would also help a lot. Whatever you hide would not be generated on townies either, only way you could access it would be to show the new hidden category where you could also unhide it. The game has become very bloated with clothing after all, and we all have a lot of options we will never use. 

Also, elevators should be added in the base game. It's ridiculous we still don't have any yet and I hate it so much when building like a whole lab or other ambitious things across several basement levels that I need to put in stairs. It's also an extra woohoo location I suppose. 

Likes and dislikes should also affect sim behaviour. I hate how they will still do these things just as often, they will seek out music they hate to dance to it while it's in some side room. They should NEVER do the thing they dislike without being told by the player to do that.
